Excellent Customer Service from Miss Ntuthu at Imagine Cruising

Over the last two weeks I had an exceptional level of Customer Service lady from a young lady by the name of Ntuthu working in the Customer Support Team at Imagine Cruising.

I would like to share my experience because I am sure many of us today get very frustrated with ongoing inefficiency and lack of energy we receive from customer support departments exhibit to resolve ou personal issues.

After getting the usual runaround I was transferred to Ntuthu who immediately gave me the confidence and hope in resolving my long standing issue. Keeping to her commitment she was in constant correspondence with me until she completely managed to rectify an major administrative error, amounting to over R600 000.

I want to personally share my appreciation of Customer Service I received from Miss Ntuthu. My hope is that her Company recognises her commitment and abilities. I am sure with her continuing with the same passion and attitude she will achieve great heights in future career.
