Would just like to say a special thanks to Imagine Cruising and the customer support agent Ntuthu for all the help and assistance. She really went the extra mile for my family and friends with all the bookings. We had a death with one of the family members and she assisted in getting the name changes at no additional cost. Such a pleasure to work with her. This is my second time booking through Imagine Cruising and i would advise anyone to use this company as they really make your holiday bookings smooth sailing.
