Do not use Imagine Holidays/Cruising - Shear Disappointment

I booked a 9 night Italian holiday with Imagine Holidays, visiting all the popular cities, firstly I was promised a call from the after sales team to guide me through the holiday itinerary, this never happened, after several telephone calls I finally received hotel and tour vouchers, but assumed that all was in order. Before departing i realised that they had not sent me the rail travel vouchers, only to realise that this was not even booked up until an hour before departure. Arrived in Venice expecting to stay in the city overlooking the famous waterways or adjacent, but low and behold, much to my disappointment, this so called travel agent had booked me into a hotel overlooking a highway and farmland outside of the city centre a good 55 minutes from where I ideally wanted to be. I emailed Imagine holidays immediately with no response and decided to call them from my cellphone at international roaming rates, expecting to be treated with some care and attention, but once again I was rudely spoken to by Sharon Simmons, making it all my fault for not reading the T's & C's in fine print, constantly interrupting my speaking and not prepared to listen. People like this should not be in business.
