Disappointed

booked Birthday Vacation thought Imagine Holidays. i asked if the hotels were in good condition on the other side, i went to three places, Dubai, Bangkok and ****et. the disappointment when i go to each hotel was beyond. the hotel in Dubai i could Tolerate, i stayed in it. it was not the best as i had been told by the sales Agents at Imagine holidays. Now the Second hotel in Bangkok, i could not even check in to the one, it was a house that was converted to a hotel, smelly, the service of the hotel staff was horrible. luckily for me there was a 5 star hotel right in front of the horrible hotel Imagine Hotel had told me is ''great'' and booked me at. i have to spend an Extra R4000 to sleep in the other hotel for the 2 days that i was there. then just when i thought my nightmare was over and i could start to enjoy my Birthday holiday, i got to ****et and found that the hotel there was much worse that the previous one. it was horrible. i was stuck in Pucket for 7 days, sleeping in a hotel with the dirtiest towels, the dirtiest linen. it smelt horrible. the bathrooms were dirty. i complained and asked them to upgrade me to a better room, i had to Pay R7000 from my own pocket to be upgraded. this was the hotel i was told by Lee at Imagine Holidays that it was brand new, not sure what Brand new is to her, but it was old to me, very old. this made me realize that the room that Imagine Holidays had booked me in was the lowest in the whole hotel. they paid for the cheapest room available in the hotel, when there were other rooms available with cleaner linen and Cleaner bathrooms. i sent them an email during my stay to let them know how horrified i was. i will never in my life book a holiday through Imagine Holidays. what they sold me and what i got when i got there was so different, horribly so. and i believe they themselves would never use those hotels if they were to go to these places. i was **** to. i am horrified.
