Be weary of Imagine Holiday Packages

I bought a holiday to Mauritius through imagine travel and was booked in a 3 star hotel called De Conti, which is a useless hotel. It is not a 3 star hotel. Previous day's food is served. there are flies in the dining room. there are ants in the bedrooms. bed linen was washed out. Chairs in dining were torn. The only good thing was the swimming pool. For all this ******* I paid R13,999 (air port transfers excluded). After complaining they eventually moved me to a really 3 start hotel for my two nights. I asked for a partial refund of the five nights but they are not willing to do so. My friends who booked their hoiday through Africa Stay had a beautiful holiday - stay a real 3 star hotel and had airport transfer for only R11,999. I would advise people to book holidays thorugh Africa Travel, you will have no hassles.
