180 Days to Sailing Date

On the 16/6/2015 I booked a Cruise from Cape Town to Venice to leave on the 6/5/2015. I then foolishly paid a deposit of R40000. Then on the 3/10/2015 my wife past away, she had been fighting cancer for 3 months. <br> On the 19/10/2015 I canceled the cruise asking for my deposit back less cancelation fees, to my surprise they only offered me just over R6000 I then complained and the offer was increased to R15000 .<br> This last offer I have not excepted, I cannot believe that they could not sell my booking in 180 days and they think I should loose R25000. The last e-mail I sent I asked what is the minimum deposit I could of paid . To this date I have had no reply. To my minded this is profiteering at its worst, may be they are taking advantage of my situation, I hope that is not the case, but who knows. So people beware .<br>
