Please help me find images4life

I did a photo shoot for my son's first birthday last year June, with images4life in Durban over port. I paid 500 for booking, and on the shoot day I paid 3800.I never got my photos. I've sent several emails and there's no response. Apparently the company has closed down. I manage to get the owners contacts. When I called him he was very rude and he dropped the phone. Please help me get my money back.
