I had booked for a photo shoot for my daughters 1st birthday. This was suppose to be the happiest day for the family and to our surprise we were trapped and ****med. When i made the booking I had asked time and time again for a package price list and that was not sent till the day of the shoot came and after taking great pictures only then was the price list taken out, which they prices started from R2000. We were expected to pay so much money right there and then or make a payment plan where is the truth of the matter we were not even expecting to pay that much. They said they don't send out price list because their prices \change"all the time and we found our self in a money demanding situation.We felt that was just not being open and transparent and it was some kind of trap to commit ourselves into something we couldn't really afford and did not budget for. Cherry on top is that even the 4 promised pictures have not been sent to us and seems as though its a problem to get them. """
