IMAGE PRINTERS VERULAM ******

I have been using printing services of this *****ulant conning company for almost 5 years now and they have been doing artwork for my skincare products, since relocating to durban central i have asked them to send me my designs that i have paid for to my email so that i can save them to my google drive for storage incase i need to print on the go.they have refused to give me my artwork in pdf format. Please note that i gave them all the designs to make this artwork for me and paid every cent , in my knowlege as someone who works with multiple printing companies when you pay a graphic designer to create artwork for you. They need to send you a copy of your artwork. In 2019 when i relocated to jhb they sent me my artwork with no issues as they knew it belongs to me. I have made over 1000 paid artowrk pieces for my products over 5 years with them and they are now saying i must pay R250 per pdf to get a digital verson of my artwork which is ridiculous as all design shops i work with have sent me my designs. Do not fall trap to these caniving con artists if you will be taking your brand worldwide or planning to relocate anywhere as you will be forced to go to them in verulam to print designs you paid them to make or you will lose your brand. I am now forced to restart my brand as they refuse that i have my designs on my google drive. I have gave this company 5 years of business and this is the thank you i got in the end.
