I clearly told Sherne to put the saying from the other sample book on my book and I will choose the picture she obviously was not paying attention or making a notes of my comments, so don't give me that attitude with I don't understand, yourl took the money nicely I spent almost R 7000 on this for what???? This ******* service????

but cant deliver on what the customers wants , what was Sherne listening to when my fiancé and I was talking to her it was her duty since she works there to make a note on the form of the customer is telling her but was not paying attention!!!.

I was not given options to choose the picture , who told yourl to print that picture on the cover? ????

if it is not changed I will most definitely put this on a social platform and warn others of what rogues image for life really is and about the *********** staff that work for this company absolute ******* excuse and service.
