No refund 3 months later, ignored emails and messages, no customer service

Absolutely terrible and basically non existent customer service. I purchased items in November 2023 which did not arrive on time so I requested a refund mid December 2023. Since then I’ve been WhatsApp’ing, emailing and calling. I’ve probably sent over 10 emails to follow up. They responded once saying that they will process the refund immediately but months have gone by with no refund. Subsequent emails and WhatsApps have been ignored even when I can see the message has been read. Pathetic customer service. This is theft.
