Do not waste your time and money as you do not get your products

I have been trying to get in contact with you for numerous days and after numerous messages and phone calls with no response and still no products. It seems to be an issue but was no issue to reply me asap when I wanted to place my order. After several messages I get told my bags will be delivered on Wednesday 17 April. Then I get messages again after following up, another excuse that it won’t be delivered. Empty promises on excuses and excuses. Safia the owner, doesn’t reply to any messages or answers the phone which is very frustrating.

Don’t know the reason for no response and not getting my bags. It is ridiculous.
