6 week wait, wrong bag delivered, zero communication from ilundi

Zero customer service. Placed an order 24 July, incorrect bag, half the price of my order, delivered 18 August. Two weeks on, ridiculous excuses and then complete lies re delivering the bag I paid for. It’s been 6 weeks in total and no communication from them about my order. They do not respond to email or fb nor answer calls. WhatsApps answered with excuses and lies, then ignored.
