Worst buss service.please refund my money!

ON the 1June2023 we bought a bus ticket for Ilula bus to travel to EC for a funeral!at House and home furnitures.we arrive at the jhb station at 18H00 the bus was to leave at 19h00.at 20hoo sameday they ,Ilula phone their control to say the bus will be late 1 hour.we stayed ay yje station till 23h00 eventually they phoned to say we must go home the bus has a break down.now mind u its 11pm in Jhb witv kids and no money to go back home!they send the message on the phone the next day to say we have been scheduled fo 19h00 the next day.what about the funeral happen on that day>we judt need our refund.thats all.we decided to take another buss!this is the worst treatment from this bus company.worse and worse all their phone lines are not working.Dissappointed Anthony Dayimani Id ***
