Very poor, Disgusting customer service

Two weeks back I booked a bus of ilula bus company from East London to Cape town but unfortunately they canceled the trip due the taxi strike was happening in Cape town, I made my own ways to be back in Cape Town, I requested for a refund from ilula bus in Cape town office they said they don't do refunds they'll only give me a voucher that I can use for my next trip and they took a fee of R75 that was not even written on their policies.

I booked again a bus with that voucher from Cape Town to Queenstown that supposed to departure yesterday at 19:00pm, the bus never pitched up no communication from the bus company instead they runned away and switched off their phones although they knew that there's no bus that will be operating, one of APM bus driver called one of ilula bus driver and that driver told us there's no bus for yesterday for ilula and the office knew about it.

We stayed there whole night in metal chair's very cold, raining outside with old people and again I made other arrangements midnight so I can I attend my interview in Queenstown today. My bus ticket number is: ILD0D201.

Could you please assist on this matter, I need my full refund money from them. My number is ***.
