Very disappointed- Bad service🤬🤬🤬

I'm very disappointed, the bus from JHB to East London should've departured at 7pm, we still here waiting for the bus, we received an sms past 7pm that there is a 3 hours delay...why are we so undermined and disrespectful, why is our time taken for granted like this...we don't even know if the bus is going to be here at 10pm. I am so annoyed. At this point I need my money back and book a different bus. This service is ****. I wouldn't recommend this bus to anyone.
