Very bad service

Hi my name is Abongile, and I hope this is really gonna help. On Tuesday the 14th I booked a bus ticket for today the 15.12.21 that was supposed to be for 00:06 bus in George BP garage to Cape Town, and it was an IlulaBus ticket, but very unfortunately the bus did not arrive and until now I have been trying to get hold of them with no luck. Their service is the worst I can ever think of and I might even lose my job because of all this. The worst part of them all is that I have been at this garage since last night and I just don’t know how long am I going to be here. Please help
