Unsatisfied customer

I'm not satisfied with Ilula bus. First of all the bus I was boarding was delayed by 2 hours supposed to be leaving at 18:00, it arrived at 20:00. The guys that were checking our tickets were not friendly at all. Swearing at us and not even giving a **** about the customers. They also charges us R100.00 to board the bus. If you don't give the R100.00 they tear your ticket and throw it away. I don't recommend Ilula to anyone. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS BUS.
