Unhappy customer

I’m currently seating at the bus station eKomani waiting for ilula that was suppose to be here by 7pm actually we were suppose to leave by 7pm but we still here, time now is 9pm, there is no communication of any delays nothing at all! Please do not book this bus it is not reliable, the number isn’t working, customer service is *** shame!!
