Unhappy Blocked customer

I am very disappointed with this company..I booked 3 tickets on the 10th November for the 2nd of December ref B001C608 Jhb to Kwt and the company decided to postpone the trip for the following day 2 hours before the actual trip of which that was un acceptable to me as it would not have served the purpose of the trip. I called, I emailed them for refund alternatives but they blocked my numbers even my email after several attempts. I can't lose so much money
