I booked the tickets through Shoprite (Computicket) for a trip from Cape Town to Johannesburg on 21st September 2023. The. Bus never showed up and no one contacted us. We stayed outside in the cold for 12 hours. Nothing showed up. No phone is working. We went to their physical office and there's only dust. No one is there. We need our money back. This company is *****ULENT. please do not book with it.
