They stole my money

I bought Ilula bus ticket return ticket from Cape Town to Queenstown and all was fine, when i had to come back again in 2 days Ilula offices in Queenstown were closed, that time my bus was supposed to be departing at 4pm. I waited until 11pm, i tried to call all the numbers they put there but nothing goes through, i sent countless emails but no response. I had to buy another ticket (different bus company)with the money i did not budget for as a result the following day i was supposed to be at work and i missed work because of Ilula buses.

More than 7 times going to the Capetown offices for help but no one helped me, everyday I'd find a different person and tell me i cant get refund and they make stories, other days find the office empty. With this i have proof of everything and videos of when i go there. The last day was there i was found a lady by the name Asange and she fooled me and said she is going to do my voucher for next time i want to travel but still no voucher since 5 February. Every time i go there i would find other people with exactly the same problem Ilula bus *****ing our money and refuse to refund us i have videos as proof as well.
