There should be an option not to select a star to show that the provider has the worst service! Because ilulaBus is such.

The bus did not pitch up! We were told 2 hours later that the bus is no longer coming. There was not transport provided to send the people home at 21h00 in Cape Town at night, no immediate refund as the process takes weeks.
