Terrible bus service.

The most horrible bus service. I bought a ticket at Shoprite to Cape Town from Johannesburg, bus was supposed to leave 18:00pm Thursday 29/6/2023. I stood there at the bus station from after 5pm till 8pm just to find out there is no bus to Cape Town. The next day I was put on a Weze bus, I'll rather walk then take ilula bus.
