Rude bus driver

The first time i took this bus i had a very pleasant experience so much so i chose it again. However, i just got off the bus now the morning of the 13 August to the rudest bus driver. The driver did not indicate pitstops he stops for 5 min and leaves. A oassanger wanted to get off the bus at the Belville station and was still gathering his things the driver drove off and wouldnt let him get off till cape town. I couldnt see my luggage because it is still dark and took out my phones flash light the driver swore at me that im flashing him. I asked him how am i going to point to my luggage if i cant see it. I will never recommend this bus to anyone, this level of disrespect from the drivers is appalling and for a new company as well!
