Refund for two bus tickets at Ilulabus

I booked a bus for two tickets from CT to KWT for the 13/02/2022 I did it via their website and the amount of R530 went off on my account into their ABSA account bt no tickets till today I went to their office one the their rude staff member could not help said there's nothing she can do me for my money is gone I had to do another booking paid another R530 I sent emails called the number on their website does not exist I just need my money back pls
