Refund and bad service experience

I booked a bus with Ilula they canceled the bus that was supposed to depart from Capetown to KWT on 28 June 19:00, arrival time 8:45.. They requested my banking details and I gave them for refund which was suppose to take 5 working days... Haven't got my money up to date.
