Poor service, bad condition of the bus

I booked a return from 23 May to 26 may, Got SMS hat the 26 may time changed from 16:30 to 15:30 ohk now got there, Bus delayed still came 2 hours later 17:30, in a bad condition to travel long distance looked like a local bus no ventilation no aircon looked like a school bus, It was cold im on my dying bed now with flu, no apology no explanation on the way the bus has to stop for an hour because there is no disiel the driver had to borrow money from us passanger for the bus to get to cape town from EC 24HRS stuck in a cold bus
