Poor service

I booked a bis ticket via Travelstart site, little did i know that ilula bus would take me for a f***l. On the day of traveling i received an sms stating that bus has been canceled. I have been contacting their office numerous time and physically went to the koisk in Capetown bus terminal were staff members sarcastically belittle me and clearly did not care less and customer service was a thing of yesterday. I have been told that the manager will contact me and i could see from they attitude that the piece of paper i wrote my details in is going to landup in the bin. I phoned in numerous times and every time i call i have been told the so called manager Mr. MNQOBI is not available. When phoning cell no for Charles who is apparently the contact person from Travelstart the phone rings unattended to and mail box is full. Going to shoprite as instructed by the cancelation sms received has been in vain
