Poor Service

I'm really not happy, I don't know WHY are this bus tickets still sold because they don't respect customers. Booked a bus for Saturday from Johannesburg to East London it was supposed to leave park station at 19h00 we waiting till 21h00 on the street of jorburg no bus to be found.

Lot of people where complain that it being 4 days the bus didn't come, others shared said stories that they slept at park station others nearest police station hoping the following day the bus will come still nothing. When we try and call the number it don't go through.

I had to buy another ticket because my son have to go back to school, what makes me even sad these no refund or any communication from the bus. Sad part what about that person don't have money to buy another ticket the only thing is to go and berry your son....

All am asking for it my REFUND.
