Pathetic services

The services for this bus is beyond pathetic. I meant to be in EL Eastern Cape but here I am stuck after being left stranded by this company.

This company has not regards for the emotions and convenience of their clients. Client were left unsafe with no one bothering to come and explain to us what was happening. We only received text after 3 hour post our departure time.

They don’t even have a legitimate customer care services. Even the few numbers they have , they are not functional. This is a **** in my view. This company sir bus service should be investigated and maybe removed from offering transport services.
