Pathetic service never use ilula

I had a horrible experience in the past week with this bus service, I booked 2 tickets for me and my wife going to East London, I was expecting to board ilula bus because I was with my son also but to my surprise there came a Badela bus with ilula sticker in front and there was no explanation or communication sent to us we were surprised to see this thing happening, I sent out a complaint about the service we got from that but as the bus was stinky and dirty, the drivers were rude and didn't care about the passengers, we had air conditioner the entire time and my son now has flue because of that because his nose started to be dry and he caught flu, fast forward 2 days later booked the same bus as I thought maybe it will be different, same thing happened exact same thing and again no one contacted us to explain the situation
