Pathetic service

No stars for this company at all. They changed the bus arrival time to 10 minutes earlier that the original arrival time of the bus yet the bus was 1 hour 40 minutes late without any form of explanation.. The big window above the door was closed with a big wooden pallette board, the bus was full of ****roaches roaming around the seats and the floor.. There were no charging ports on the bus... The bus stopped on almost all the garages from PE to CT
