Not happy

I bough a bus ticket from Shoprite for the 14 of April it’s a return. So on the 14 bus was supposed to arrive at 9in queens town Bt it only arrive at 12 midnight after the driver we very tired .i decided to hike something else in Bofortwest becouse I was running late I pay r400 to the lift coz I lulabus driver decided to sleep. To the 18th am leaving cpt bus arroin time Bt it will only drop me in EL they never communicate that the return only stop in EL not queens town so am not happy I pay r1000 for that ticket Bt now I see I will have to hike from EL to queens town .
