No show bus

Good evening, my name is Zukiswa Nkathana I bought two tickets to travel from Worcester to Queenstown. The bus was supposed to arrive at 20:30. We waited for the bus as we had arrived at the pick up point at 20:00, now is 23:05 and no communication from the company as to where the whereabouts of the bus is nor does the company answer they calls both *** and +*** worst part the 021 number ring for 2 seconds and get cut off. To me clearly the company has no form of accommodating it clients and now we sitting here not knowing what to do as if we waiting for a free ride from them yet we paid our buss fair for them to take us from point A to point B. Please assist with this matter as I feel the community that takes these busses are being ill treated for far to long and they must be stopped.

It would be a pleasure hearing from you on this matter as we need our refund please.
