No Service!! *****sters!!

Bought a ticket on 28 November 2023 for my son from Kimberley (Ultra City on Transvaal Road) to Bellville for 27 December 2023 at 20.20pm for R500. Not only was the bus late but after 2 hours it still hadn't even arrived. The petrol station staff told us that these Ilula Busses hardly ever arrive to collect their passengers. Computicket should not be doing business with them as they are de*****ing people of their hard earned money. It is theft. We had to make a plan at 11pm to get him on another bus. Thankfully that bus got him safely to Bellville. I am still trying to get my money back from Ilula. I finally emailed them today and actually got a response back. I want my money back! What they are doing is unacceptable. Pls report them to the banks as *****.
