Never book the Ilula bus

I booked ilula bus service for my 75 year old dad, which It was suppose to Depart at 19:00 on the 28th of May 2024 in Queenstown, the bus never pitched the 75 year old was stranded in Queenstown when I called the toll free 021 number it goes straight to voicemail they whatsapp line I was answered with wrong number.
