****mers, I need my refund!

If I could, I would give this company zero stars as they do not deserve a single one. We booked 8 return tickets from CPT to Queenstown online and we were sceptical when our first trip was delayed but eventually got to our destination. Our return trip was first delayed due to a fault with the bus and then cancelled and moved to the next day. We had to sleep at the bus station in Queenstown because the area we came from was too far to travel back and we received the message late. I was with 3 elderly, sick people who take insulin, 2 kids under 6 years and I myself am pregnant and had to sleep on cement. The bus did not pitch the next day and no communication was made. We were forced to pay again and book another bus for 8 people.

Ilula is not responding to messages to process a refund for these tickets when they are aware that the bus did not pitch.
