We booked a bus from Queenstown to Cape Town for the 9 July 2024 to our surprise the bus @18h45 doesn't show up and no communication has been done. And people are stuck at Shell Garage in a windy weather. This bus doesn't have offices, even in Cape Town that office is always empty, these ****mers need to be SHUTDOWN people loose money they worked hard for yet these ****mers enjoy taking from poor people so they live soft life with poor people's sweat and tears. Dont use these buses, APM, DELTA, ILULABUS ****mers only. Rather pay more than cheap, we thought they accommodating poor people instead they here to stesl from the poor already. Even their staff doesnt wear uniform cause they know they on a mission to ***** from people. Professional business has a LOGO,UNIFORM AND WEBSITE with reliable contact details so we can call to lay complaints. They have unreachable numbers online so they dont get bothered, SIES!
