I went to checkers computer ticket to buy 2 tickets for a bus, and its was Ilula Bus tickets for my brother and Husband tickets for 13 Dec 2024 18h00 the bus was arrested is not roadworthy, it was impounded and we never travelled with it, we had to make alterations, we wanted a refund that we were told that we must consult checkers for, checkers says we must get an email from Ilula bus. Ilula has no offices, they have stands with no admin, they keep on robbing people using computer ticket, they are so rude and always ready to fight their customers. I still want my money back.
