I’m so hurt scared and dissatisfied by IlulaBus

This is to lodge a formal complaint to the owners of ilula bus. If I die today with my daughter and brother on the 27 June 2022 it’s their fault. I booked three bus tickets Friday 24 June 2022 . The bus was suppose to depart at 16:30 now at 20:42 they are saying the bus is not coming there is nothing they can do. We can not even get our money back and take a taxi to Cape Town . The owners do not care I’m so hurt. We will seat in this office with no security until morning I’m so hurt and scared for my brother and daughter.
