WORST BUS SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA... My mother waited 5 hours for her bus, no messages to apologize, the after hours number has been disconnected. she missed her visit with her family and i have lost my money. When trying to phone someone you are told to send a whattsapp. the whattsapp tells you they will get to you when they have time for you. they brag about your journey is there passion. there is zero passion in this BS company... nobody should ever use this pathetic company.. why cant i speak to a person to get my money back?
