ILULA BUS YOU ARE NOT BEING REGULATED; PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELVES TO BE LEAD BY YOUR CONSCIOUS

I would like iLulaBus company to refund me for the bus that never turned up. I missed my graduation because of iLula, I had to pay additional costs. I have been trying to phone *** and *** but nobody answers. I even emailed *** but no response. Please HELP, I need my money.

It was never my intention to put my review out there, I thought of resolving it with them but I have no other choice.
