Ilula bus stole my money

Hai guys I need help, I bought 2 bus tickets via shoprite on 3rd of October 2021. The bus that was available was ilula bus, the departure was on the 4th of October afternoon. On the departure day, the ilula bus company phoned me, and told me the bus is canceled,is going to be available the next day. I said no I can't go the next day, so I requested for a full refund because they are the one's who canceled the bus. I'm telling you this a 4th week that I'm waiting for my money, at their office in Capetown Station you don't get proper answers. I've been doing follow ups about my money, but still I don't know where is the hold up. Can you please guys help me, to get my money back from these *********.
