Ilula bus is evil

I booked the bus to travel on the 27th November I received an sms stating that the bus is canceled therefore it will be scheduled for 28th November 2024 reasons known to them. My plans were scattered as I had an appointment for 28th November. I requested for my refund in order for taking alternative available transport, I was told by the ilula that I cannot get my refund, therefore I was forced to take Ilula on the 28th November. The bus was meant to be leaving the station 18h00.I'm still stucked at the train station by 10h30 Pm with. no safety at all.

I would advise anyone who wish to travel this December please don't make the mistake I made and book Ilula bus, their service is very poor and stink. The bus is the **** to managemt
