Ilula bus complaint

I booked a ticket for my sister for today ,09/02/2024 at 19:00 from Queenstown to Capetown she is now In the Bua station but we received an sms that says the bus will not be there it might be there tomorrow at 19:00. They don't care about the money we used to travel from the village to the station and now she has to go back home and travel again to the station.

My sister is suppose to start at work tomorrow here in Capetown that was the reason for traveling but now that ilula bus decided not to go to Capetown she will loose the job that she's been looking for years because of incompetence of ilula bus.

I tried calling them in all numbers but all of them are unavailable.sies I hate this bus
