Illula bus what a very bad service

What a very bad experience i found yesterday from illula bus I bought a ticket 2weeks back From JHB to Komani pick up time 19:00pm bus never came we sitted there till now we are still waiting for that bus yho I never experienced such a bad service like this people please stay away from that illula bus yho😠💔😡😭😭😭I'm so angry . I've been calling the company serval times nobody is answering calls guys stay away .
