I was on iLula Bus bus that left Cape Town on 27

I was on iLula Bus bus that left Cape Town on 27.05.2022 at 19:00 expected to arrive at East London on 28.05.22 at 10:00. The bus left Cape Town at 21:00 2 hours late andbbroke down in Tousriver at 23:00 and stood for more than 16 hours with no one addressing us as passengers on what is the problem. Passengers started making alternative arrangements to get to their destination and I also ended up hiking to Baffourt West then from there to East London. It is fair business practice to refund customers their full ticket fare, let alone the proven grief and loss of valued time and money. When I wrote an email to their offices their response was that there is no refund as I'm the one who chose to leave the bus to make alternative arrangements.
