GBV by Ilulabus employee

Today my mother was scheduled to travel from Cape Town to East London in a Ilula bus from 19:00. The bus was an 1.5 hours late and when it arrived it was an unmarked bus to make matters worse the their people were not organised when it came boarding their customers. A quarrel broke our between an Ilulabus employee (male) and a female passenger.Durind this argument the lady a paying passanger was slapped by the bus company employee and he continued to threaten other passanger on the bus including my mother. This is utterly disgusting behaviour from man and I would advise anyone who might be considered using this bus service to stop. They clearly have no idea how to run a business, they disrespect and assault they customers. In a time where GBV is Soo high in South Africa we still have Ilula bus employees allowed to behave in such a disgusting manner.
