Does not arrive and agreed time and rude staff

They are not even worthy of the 1 star. I booked for partner from CPT to King William's Town for Nov 4th. They postponed the trip for November 5th. I called into their offices to understand. The gentleman who answered told me he wouldn't know and it's none of his business. I then asked what's the point of customer service if I cannot call to enquire. He told me "uphambene, undibuza ika*a" translated "You're mad and asking me sh*t" and he dropped the phone. I called again to ask if his response was fair considering our money is with his company. He then proceeded using more profanity. It's either their calls are not recorded, or the company simply has no consequences for the mistreatment of customers. I sent them an email on 4 November explaining what happened and requesting a refund. It's been over 24 hours and no response ever came

Fast-forward to November 5. A bus from another company arrived at CPT station at 6pm, as scheduled. When it got to Bellville, the passenger were told that only 10 people were meant to get on at CPT station and the rest should get off at Bellville. The passengers protested this. The bus is currently on its way back to CPT station, where passengers will be offloaded, and left with no solution. I wonder if there is even an Ilula Bus at all at this point
